YEAST KEPT IN CHECK
Yeast lives in the digestive tract as well as other dark and moist areas of the human body and is normally kept in check by our immune system. 70 to 80 percent of our immune system is in the gut.
The bacterial flora ( good bacteria ) is the key to our defence from
pathogens = a virus, bacterium, or other microorganism that cause disease.
The immune can be damaged or weakened by a number of factors such as birth control pill, creams, immune suppressing drugs, antibiotics, and even some of the foods we consume.
When the immune system is suppressed the yeast ( candida ) that is in the intestines begins to over populate because it has no
competition to keep it in check. Yeast excretes a powerful toxin that can be absorbed into the blood stream. A note here( when yeast overgrows to a certain number the yeast cells that are round some begin to shape themselves in to needle like points and can poke holes into the intestines which allows the yeast toxins to enter into the blood stream ).

When yeast enters into the blood stream it can cause a systemic ( body wide ) yeast infection whicn in turn can cause a myriad of problems and symptoms and disease like vaginitis, skin rash, thrush, diarrhea, and gastrointestinal infection ( crohns, ulcerative colitis ), to name a few.
